I think this photograph is actually Keith Lamb of Hush who featured at one of the Countdown Rock Awards in 1983 or '84 that celebrated Aussie performers from the 50's to the 80's - each artist performing a small piece from one of their well known hits. Keith sang a snippet of Boney Maroney.
