If you don’t have Microsoft Silverlight installed, you may be prompted to install it the first time the Media Player is launched.
1. When prompted, click “Install Microsoft Silverlight”
2. Click “Run” for the installation file. The file will now download.
3. After the file has finished downloading, click “Run”
4. Click “Install Now”. Silverlight will now install.
5. Click close. Now that Silverlight has been installed you should be able to view preview clips and use the Media Player.
